What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your name, phone number, email and home address
- Your leave requests and app preferences
What the school keeps, and why
- Your child's enrolment and transport allocation — this is the school's record, and removing it would take them off the bus roster
- Past attendance records — these are safeguarding records showing which children boarded which bus, and schools are required to retain them
Requests are normally actioned within 30 days. You can also ask your school office directly.
