What the Service does

Smart Step GPS Transport provides fleet management and student safety tracking for school bus operations. Our aim is that every student travels safely, with clear visibility for parents and school administration.

For parents

• See your child's bus on a live map during the transport shift
• Receive pickup and drop-off confirmations recorded by the bus monitor
• Submit planned leave in advance so bus scheduling can be adjusted
• Read school announcements

For schools and monitors

• Mark pickup, drop-off, absence and leave against the student roster
• Review vehicle trip history, stops and driving time
• Manage vehicles, drivers, monitors and parent accounts

Your data

Location is recorded by the GPS unit fitted to the bus, not from parent devices. What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy, and the terms of use are in our Terms & Conditions.

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time from within the app, or on our account deletion page.
